My 11 takeway’s from the GREATEST concert assembled in celebration of the 50th anniversary of HIP HOP:

1. Fat Joe epitomizes all that HIP HOP is and was ever intended to be! This statement is not debatable.
2. Hip Hop, as a musical genre, pre-Run-DMC, would’ve died.
3. Hip Hop had to be birthed in NYC!
4. Ms. Lauryn Hill is…(make no mistakes about it)
5. Lil Kill still got it!
6. Killa Cam is different. Special different.
7. The south done said what they had to say and still have more to say!
8. New York City does have love for Snoop.
9. It’s a lot of good weed being smoked in New York. Disclaimer: from the smell of things
